Epson EcoTank L1350 is a single-function A4 colour inkjet printer. It prints but has no scanner, copier, or fax hardware. Epson Heat-Free Technology controls the inkjet process, drawing ink from separate black, cyan, magenta, and yellow tanks. The printhead uses 180 nozzles for black and 59 for each colour. Buttons and status lights provide local control because the panel has no screen.

Black documents reach up to 11.0 ipm under the ISO 24734 A4 simplex test. Colour output runs at up to 6.0 ipm. Borderless printing stops at 4R, or 4 x 6 inches; larger paper keeps a 3 mm margin around each edge. Epson rates replacement ink bottles for up to 4,700 black pages and 7,500 colour pages. Printed content, maintenance, settings, temperature, and usage frequency can change those yields.

All paper loads from the rear. Standard sheets include A4, Letter, B5, A5, A6, B6, and 16K. Legal, Indian-Legal, 8.5 x 13-inch sheets, and custom lengths up to 1200 mm must enter one at a time. The same feed holds as many as ten DL, C6, or Number 10 envelopes. Automatic duplexing is not built in, so users must turn the paper manually for printing on both sides.

A nearby computer can use the USB connection. Network printing runs over Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi Direct links as many as eight devices without relying on a router. Epson Smart Panel and Epson iPrint cover mobile operation, with Email Print and Remote Print also listed for off-site jobs. With the trays closed, the body measures 361 mm wide, 317 mm deep, and 152 mm high. Depth grows to 564 mm during printing. The printer weighs about 3.1 kg before ink and the power cord are added, and active printing draws roughly 12 W.
