The flatbed scans at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi and accepts an original as large as 216 x 297 mm. Black copying runs at 6 cpm, and colour copying reaches 3 cpm. Copy resolution is 300 x 300 dpi. Up to nine copies can be requested in one job, but every new original still has to be placed separately on the glass.

Paper loads from a 60-sheet rear tray, then finished pages collect in a 25-sheet output tray. Standard sheets include A4, B5, and A6, with DL envelopes loaded through the same feed. Photo paper, brochure stock, plain sheets, and specialty inkjet media can also be used. Custom paper may measure from 76 x 127 mm to 215 x 355 mm. A nearby computer can connect through Hi-Speed USB 2.0. Wireless jobs use dual-band Wi-Fi. With the trays closed, the body measures 425 x 304 x 154 mm and weighs 3.42 kg.
