A rear feed holds 100 sheets of plain paper, with printed pages collecting in a 30-sheet output tray. Standard choices cover Letter, Legal, A4, A6, Executive, and Half Letter. The same feed accepts 4 × 6-inch and 5 × 7-inch paper, envelopes, and custom lengths up to 47.2 inches. Its automatic document feeder takes 30 Letter sheets or 10 Legal sheets. Automatic duplexing is not fitted, so two-sided documents require manual page turning.

A nearby computer can connect through Hi-Speed USB, while 10/100 Ethernet links the printer to a wired network. Wireless operation uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Direct. AirPrint, Mopria, Android printing, and supported Epson mobile services send jobs from compatible devices. No memory-card slot is fitted. With the trays closed, the body measures 14.8 × 13.7 × 9.3 inches and weighs about 11 pounds. Its monthly duty cycle is 3,000 pages, with up to 500 pages recommended.
