Like every Sharp N-model, this copier uses a standard network printer that uses 1200, 600 and 300 dpi resolution. The printer supports TIFF and PDF direct printing through Sharpdesk mobile for superior flexibility. The printer gives way for smooth operation with print drivers, printer status monitor and printer administration utilities. With various Windows and Mac drivers preinstalled, this printer can be used easily on any of these operating systems.
The optional network scanner is one of its kinds; it supports monochrome, grayscale and color scanning. It scans files into various formats including encrypted PDF and can deliver over to 999 different destinations. With SSL, E-mail server and user authentication protocols, the scanner network is as save as it should. The Sharpdesk document management software provides a 10-user license installation and simple mobile access.
