Specifications

This copier, designed to copy any image to perfection, uses a 600 x 600 dpi image resolution that enhances up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. It works at a super fast level with a speed that goes up to 28 pages per minute for standard (letter) size sheets. By zooming images through a 25% to 400% enlargement range, the copier can magnify small images while maintaining quality. The gradation is set equivalent to 256 levels, and the preset copy ratios are divided equally for enlargement and reduction.

It has a network scanner that uses a TWAIN-compliant pull scan application and a control panel accessible push scan application. The network scanner takes advantage of the in-designed scan methods with other network facilities to make color scanning possible. As a Sharp-made printer, it uses the very power Sharpdesk document management utility software for managing scanning operations. It remotely connects to available networks through installed protocols to make the delivery to network folders, email, and FTP servers possible.

This digital document system is made perfect with a network printer expansion kit that allows for shared usage in workgroups. The printer works fine on both Windows and Mac operating systems using IPv4, IPv6, AppleTalk, NetWare, and other network protocols. It has a USB 2.0 high-speed connection port and a wireless RJ-45 LAN adaptor. It strictly complies with the IEEE network security standards.
