The Epson SureColor P9370 prints on media up to 44 inches wide using a 10-channel PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead. UltraChrome PRO10 pigment ink supplies cyan, light cyan, two vivid magentas, yellow, violet, and three gray tones. Photo Black and Matte Black have separate channels, so changing paper finishes does not trigger black-ink switching. Setup and maintenance controls appear on a 4.3-inch color touchscreen.

Print resolution tops out at 2400 × 1200 dpi, and the smallest variable droplet measures 3.5 picoliters. A 23.4 × 33.1-inch image takes about 2 minutes 2 seconds in Normal mode without Black Enhance Overcoat. Increasing the sheet to 40.6 × 57.3 inches raises that time to roughly 4 minutes 45 seconds. On compatible glossy paper, Black Enhance Overcoat adds density and strengthens dark areas.

Rolls load from the top and can span the full 44-inch print width. The supplied adapters take either 2-inch or 3-inch cores, and the rotary cutter can run automatically or by command. Barcode tracking helps the printer remember how much paper remains on a removed roll. Cut sheets share the top feed. Rigid boards between 0.8 and 1.5 mm thick must be inserted individually, and BorderFree output is limited to designated widths.

A nearby computer can connect over Hi-Speed USB 2.0. Gigabit Ethernet serves wired networks, but this model does not list built-in Wi-Fi. With its basket closed, the printer occupies 75.1 × 35.04 × 48 inches and weighs 332.9 pounds before cartridges are installed. Power use falls from about 80 watts during printing to 32 watts when ready and 3.2 watts in sleep. An optional take-up reel winds long roll jobs in either direction.
