Canon PIXMA MG2522 all-in-one printer

The first conspicuous feature of the Canon PIXMA MG2522 model is the full dot liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. Canon PIXMA MG2522 printer model is compatible with Windows 10, 8, 8.1, 7, 7 SP1 and Vista SP2 OS systems. Apart from Microsoft Windows OS versions, it can also work with Mac OS X v10.8.5 to 10.12 and later versions. However, the manufacturer recommends that users of macOS v10.12.0 should update to release 10.12.1 for full functionality and perfect printing. Concerning Mobile operating systems, the device can work with iOS, Android, Windows 10 mobile, Windows RT, and Amazon Fire devices.

The standard interface options include the hi-speed USB 2.0 port and Wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n). Besides, some of the notable software includes scan utility, master setup, and my image garden feature. This last feature comprises full HD movie print, special filters, image correction or enhancement, and scanning. It also has a full year warranty with InstantExchange program and one-year toll-free technical phone support for US users.

The optimum printer yield of the Canon PIXMA MG2522 device is up to 6000 pages for black and white and 7000 pages for color pages. As a multifunction device, the machine can print and copy, scan, and fax messages. As a result, the faxing process’s modem speed is up to 33.6kbps using the Super G3 color fax. On the other hand, the transmission speed is about 3seconds and 60seconds per page for black and color pages, respectively.
