    The maximum resolution from the Canon PIXMA MG7770 printer model is up to 9600 (horizontal) x 2400 (vertical) dpi. Its smallest ink droplet size is about one picolitre at the very minimum level. Whereas, it is compatible with several ink tank models such as PGI-770 for black and CLI-771BK/C/Y/M/GY types. These two models can print up to 300 sheets as well as 1105 sheets, respectively. However, the rates vary for other models of the ink tanks, and the different paper sizes.

    Specifications

    The printing speed of an A4 paper at the standard mode is up to 15 pages per minute for monochrome. Color printing, on the other hand, is at the rate of 10 ppm. Whereas, when using a photo paper, photo print speed is up to 21 seconds per page. Furthermore, borderless printing on an A4 paper, letter, or photo paper has a standard printable width. Here the machine has an automatic document feeder that can hold up to 125 sheets of plain paper in the lower cassette.

    However, the upper cassette will accommodate just 20 sheets of plain paper. Whereas, it has a manual disc tray that will take one layer at a time. The outstanding features of this machine include mobile printing support. The functions under this item contain PIXMA cloud application, Google Cloud Print, and PIXMA touch & print NFC wireless print. Other mobile printing features include the Canon PRInt inkjet/SELPHY mobile app, Apple AirPrint, Mopria Wireless, Canon Print Service for Androids.

    While scanning, the device can produce a resolution that reaches 2400 x 4800 dots per inch (dpi). It also functions through the CIS scanning element with a speed of 14 seconds per page on the average. Similarly, copying is at the rate of 19 seconds per page for the very first copy. But the continuous copies run at the speed of 7.7 copies per minute.
