Canon PIXMA MG3640 Driver Download

The Canon PIXMA MG3640 printer model includes a print resolution of up to 4800 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi). It has a print technology with two FINE cartridges that support both black and color. The minimum ink droplet size is about two picolitres (pl) and also compatible with ChromaLife100 inks. Monochrome printing speed has an approximate rate of 9.9 images per minute (ipm). Conversely, the color print speed is up to 5.7 ipm, while borderless printing takes 44 seconds. It also supports two-sided printing or duplex printing for both sides of the page.

The compatible standard ink cartridges include the PG-440 for black and CL-441 for color documents. On the other hand, the optional ink cartridges include the PG-440 XL for black and CL-441 XL for color documents. In terms of the print capacity, black and black Xl cartridge can produce 180 and 600 pages, respectively. Besides, color and color XL cartridges can produce 180 and 400, respectively. The capacities also vary for photo printing according to estimated yield.

The machine Canon PIXMA MG3640 also supports paper types such as plain paper, high-resolution paper, photo paper pro platinum, and matte photo paper. The other paper types include photo paper plus glossy II, photo paper pro luster, photo paper plus semi-gloss, glossy photo paper. It has a maximum paper loading capacity of 100 sheets of plain paper through the front tray. The supported paper sizes, the options include A4, A5, B5, photo sizes, letter, and legal.

Scanning with this machine is through the contact image sensor (CIS) element. It also has an optical scanner resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi while the speed is 14 seconds. Concerning the scanning depth, color input/output is about 48bit/24bit. On the flip side, the greyscale intensity is 16bit/8bit, while the maximum document size is about 216 x 297 mm.
