Specificaions
The print technology is an HP PageWide technology with compatible drivers such as Windows PCL 6 discrete, and Mac PS. Others include HP Universal Print drivers such as PCL6, PCL, and PS for Windows. The print resolution for black printing has a minimum of 600 x 600 dots per inch (dpi) for an input. However, the maximum resolution is about 1200 x 1200 optimized dpi with various compatible paper types. The versions include plain, HP Premium Presentation Matte and HP Brochure Matte.
The color printing resolution is up to 2400 x 1200 optimized dpi, and the minimum is 600 x 600 input dpi. Color printing is most suitable for HP Advanced Photo papers. The printer also has a display component that measures up to 8.0 inches and XGA Color Graphic Display (CGD). The speed of the printer processor is about 1.2 GHz with four compatible cartridges to cover cyan, magenta and yellow.
The replacement cartridges include HP 982A black original page-wide cartridge that can print up to 10000 paper yield, T0B26A model. There are also the cyan, magenta and yellow color cartridges, each being able to print up to 8000 paper yield. The mobile printing feature supports HP ePrint, Apple AirPrint, and Google Cloud Print.
