HP Laser MFP 355sdnw Driver lets the operating system send print jobs and receive scans from this monochrome multifunction printer. Once installed, the computer can use the machine for printing, scanning, and copying. A nearby computer can connect by USB, while Ethernet or Wi-Fi places the printer on a network. Correct driver communication helps the system recognise the hardware and process documents without incorrect output.

The HP Laser MFP 355sdnw prints, scans, and copies in monochrome. Its 600 MHz processor shares 256 MB of DDR3 memory, and a two-line grey LCD carries the local controls. Scanning relies on a CIS flatbed and a 40-sheet automatic document feeder for multi-page originals. The feeder reads one side per pass, so double-sided originals need manual handling. Fax hardware is not fitted.
A4 printing reaches 33 ppm, and the first page leaves the machine in about 8.5 seconds from ready mode. Output resolution rises to 1200 x 1200 dpi. Automatic duplexing takes care of two-sided printed documents without requiring each sheet to be turned by hand. The scanner records at up to 600 x 600 dpi. Copy speed also reaches 33 cpm, with enlargement or reduction from 25 to 400 percent and up to 99 copies in one job.
The main cassette holds 250 sheets, but the output tray collects only 100. That smaller output capacity may require attention during longer print runs. Standard office sheets can be A4, A5, B5 JIS, or Oficio. DL and C5 envelopes also fit. Labels, cardstock, recycled sheets, pre-printed stock, and archive paper travel through the feed path, with the appropriate route depending on weight. The cassette accepts 60 to 163 g/m² media, and the multipurpose path takes stock up to 220 g/m². Automatic duplex printing is limited to paper between 60 and 105 g/m².
A nearby computer can use the Hi-Speed USB 2.0 connection. The Ethernet port links the machine to a 10/100 Base-TX wired network. For wireless jobs, it connects over 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n or directly through Wi-Fi Direct when a router is unavailable. Mobile printing can use Apple AirPrint, Mopria, or the HP app on compatible devices. With its covers closed, the chassis measures 401 x 362 x 367 mm and weighs about 11.3 kg. Opening the machine for operation and paper access increases the space required to roughly 455 x 409 x 438 mm.
