Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8690DWF all-in-one printer

The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8690DWF printer model comes with a PrecisionCore print head. In addition, the device also has 800 nozzles for black and another 800 nozzles for color printing. Besides, the minimum ink droplet size is about 4.6 picolitres (pl) while having variable-sized droplet technology. Its ink technology is a DURABrite Pro type while working an office workgroup and departmental office machine. This Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8690DWF comes with an internal driver for duplex printing.

This Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8690DWF printer produces its first page out in about 5.5 seconds for color and monochrome documents when printing. Besides, the printing speed when running at the ISO/IEC 24734 mode is about 24 ppm for both black/white and color documents. On the other hand, duplex printing at this mode has a speed of 16 ppm for both color and black documents. However, when printing on A3 paper size, the print rate is about 13 ppm for color and monochrome.

According to the standard printing, the rate is 35 ppm for monochrome and color documents of plain paper. In contrast, the average paperweight is about 75 gsm. Besides, the optimum printing resolution is up to 4800 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi). Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8690DWF model can produce up to 75,000 pages in one month. But the manufacturer recommends a production range between 500 and 5000 pages in a month. As a scanner, the output formats include PDF, JPEG, and TIFF.

Furthermore, the scanner also has a contact image sensor (CIS) element while the optical resolution is 1200 x 2400 dpi. Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8690DWF also has a walk-up black and color fax component. It can also produce a fax transmission speed of up to 33.6 kbps or approximately 3 seconds per page.
