The Epson WorkForce M100 printer model works with the on-demand inkjet print technology with a Piezoelectric component. At the same time, it has up to 360 nozzles for black printing as an office-based machine. The device supports three picolitres (pl) with a variable-sized droplet technology for the minimum droplet size. Also, Epson WorkForce M100 comes with an internal driver that works for duplex or 2-sided printing and different operating system versions.

Epson m100 also has an input cassette that can hold up to 100 sheets of plain paper, with maximum capacity. On the other hand, the output cassette can hold up to 30 sheets of printed pages. Its energy use is also dependent on the printer model, including sleep mode and printing. For example, printing takes 12 watts, and the sleep mode requires 1.7 watts.
