Supported ink tank models include PGI-725BK for pigment black and CLI-726 model for black, cyan, magenta, and yellow colors. In terms of the standard speed, black and white printing on an A4 runs at 12.5 pages per minute (ppm). On the other hand, color printing at the ISO mode is at 9.31 ppm for the standard rate. Furthermore, when printing on a photo paper of 8 x 10 inches is approximately 43 seconds. But printing on 4 x 6 inches is at the rate of 20 seconds.
It also supports the PIXMA cloud link for document and photo print, Canon EPP for Smart Phone, and Apple AirPrint. Also, it works conveniently with the PIXMA cloud link for web albums for exceptional performance from the device. Borderless printing supports paper sizes such as A4, letter, legal, and photo paper sizes. On the flip side, cut paper sizes support A4, letter, legal, A5, B5, envelopes, and photo paper sizes. The machine supports automatic duplex printing for productive output.
Concerning the paper loading capacity, the front tray of the device can hold up to 150 sheets of plain paper.
