Specifications

The variations include 1 and 5 picolitres (pl) under ideal conditions in terms of the ink droplet size. It is also compatible with the letter, legal, credit card sizes, photo sizes, and US envelopes. In terms of the machine’s paper capacity, it has an auto sheet feeder that can hold 150 sheets of plain paper. Also, it can accommodate 20 sheets of photo paper while another cassette can hold 15 sheets.

Copying with the machine has a reproduction rate of 30 copies per minute (CPM), approximately 2.0 seconds per page. However, color copying has a reproduction rate of 24 CPM, which is about 2.5 seconds per page. When copying documents, too, this machine can either reduce the output image size to 25% or enlarge to the output size of 400%. It is also notable that the device has many other fascinating features under the copying component.

For instance, copying may involve auto magnification, auto exposure (AE), fading correction, duplex, borderless copying, fit-to-page, image repeat, and film copy. As a multifunction printer, it can also scan documents through the flatbed inbuilt component. The central scanning element is also the charged-coupled device (CCD) with varying maximum resolutions.

For instance, scanning involves an optical resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi, while the interpolated resolution reaches 19200 x 19200 dpi. This same scanning mode supports depths of 48-bit for internal and 24-bit for external capacities. By the way, the machine also supports a maximum document size of 8.5 x 11.7 inches.
