The optional cartridge models include PG-40 for pigment black and CL-41 for dye cyan, yellow and magenta colors. The ink capacity of the machine by standard measurements, the black cartridge can print about 219 sheets. However, the color cartridge will print up to 207 sheets. Whereas, the optional models of the ink tanks can print 329 and 312 sheets respectively. But the capacities vary when the photo paper is in use for printing with these cartridges.

Scanning resolution is about 600 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi) using the CIS scanning element. The rate of scanning is about 7 seconds when using an A4 paper.
