Printing with the Canon ImageCLASS LBP712Cx device ensures the user gets an optimum print quality and at high speed. At the same time, the rate of printing is up to 38 pages per minute (ppm) for both monochrome and color. Also, it applies to the use of the A4 paper as the compatible paper size. The print quality resolution of the output is about 600 x 600 dots per inch (dpi) on the average. However, the maximum resolution is 9600 x 600 dpi.

Furthermore, the first print out time (FPOT) for monochrome and color printing is 5.1 and 6.0 seconds, respectively. Also, the compatible print language options include UFR II, PCL 6, Postscript 3 PDF, and the XPS. It also takes about 31 seconds or less to warm up the machine and get it ready for printing. On the other hand, the recovery time from sleep mode to standby mode is approximately 6 seconds. The device works perfectly with automatic duplex printing.
Canon ImageCLASS LBP712Cx model is compatible with A4, A5, legal, letter, executive, foolscap, and Indian legal paper sizes. In terms of the paper loading capacities, the standard input tray can hold up to 550 sheets of plain paper. Also, the multipurpose tray can hold an extra 100 sheets. It can also allow three optional paper feeders, with each having a paper loading capacity of 550 sheets. In total, the maximum paper loading capacity of the printer is about 2300 sheets.
On the other hand, the device can hold up to 200 sheets in the output tray with an average weight of 64 gsm. The compatible paper sizes include A4, A5, B5, A6, letter, statement, executive, and some custom sizes. At the same time, the machine can connect using the standard USB 2.0 hi-speed port and ethernet means.
