Specifications
The media specifications of such a unique machine include the standard tray support for diverse paper types. These types include A4, Letter, Legal, executive, JISB5, photo, index card, postcard, envelope, monarch, JE4, and com-10. In the photo tray, photo papers and photo-L paper are permissible. Apart from the main trays, the Brother MFC-795CW printer has also an automatic document feeder (ADF) tray. This feature allows a width between 148 to 215.9 mm and a length between 148 to 355.6 mm.
Scanning through the scanner glass allows a width of up to 215.9 mm and a length up to 297 mm. The standard tray and the photo tray both permit a weight range between 17 and 58 lbs for the input papers. The ADF component, however, only allows a maximum weight of 24 lbs. Printing in color is at a resolution up to 1200 x 6000 dots per inch with support for borderless printing. There is also support for color enhancement through the color printer. The minimum droplet size of ink in monochrome printing is four picolitre and 1.5 picolitres in color printing.
