The copier can work between monochrome and grayscale copy modes and zoom from 25% to 400% in 1% increments. As a high-quality copier machine, it has a scan resolution of 600 x 600 dpi for black & white and color and output copy resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. Its copy features include auto tray switching, black-white reversal, multi-page enlargement, and offset-stacking. It supports up to 1000 users account, user-number authentication and password login.
With a standard network scanning system, it can scan between color, monochrome and grayscale modes. It has an optical 600 dpi resolution and out resolution modes of 600 dpi, 400 dpi, 300 dpi, 200 dpi, 150 dpi, and 100 dpi. It has up to 2000 one-touch destinations and up to 500 scan group destinations. This model uses the Sharpdesk desktop personal document management software and can perform up to a maximum of 100 jobs.
