Sharp MX-2600N Driver

The standard network printing system of the Sharp MX-2600N model supports PCL 6 and PCL 5c printer language with optional postscript 3. The printer has a resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi) at the optimum performance. The speed of the machine is 31 pages per minute (ppm) for color and monochrome printing. At the same time, this model is compatible with Windows 98, Me, NT4.0, 2000, Server 2003, XP, and Server x 64.

The other features that the machine Sharp MX-2600N is capable of include continuous printing, duplex printing, pamphlet printing, and N-up printing. The device is also capable of image rotation, different cover page, transparency inserts, tab printing, carbon-copy print mode, and fit-to-page. It also supports direct printing on TIFF, JPEG, PCL, PRN, TXT, PDF, encrypted PDF, Postscript, and XPS.

Also, the print methods support FTP, web page, email, and USB memory with compatibility with 80 outline fonts. In terms of connectivity, the machine can use the standard USB 2.0 port and the RJ-45 Ethernet 10/100/1000 Base-T component. Basic network protocols include TCP/IP, SSL, SNMPv3, LPD, LPR, IPX, SPX, EtherTalk, and NetBEUI options. Some options of network security include IP/Mac address filtering, port management, protocol filtering, user authentication, and document administration.

The optional black and white super G3 fax kit includes a modem speed of 33.6 kbps with a Super G3 processor. However, its compression methods include JBIG, MR, MH, and MMR formats with 400 dpi transmission resolution. The process of scanning includes sheetfed simplex or duplex or even book mode. Also, its transmission speed is approximately 2 seconds with the Super G3 or JBIG. It can run up to 500 destinations of group dial with inbound fax routing to email addresses.
