The HP OfficeJet 5605 printer all-in-one with the abilities to not only print but also scan, copy and send and receive faxes. Specific other features make the printer stand out among its peers as a member of that series. The printing method is a drop-on-demand Thermal Inkjet technology with a Lightweight Imaging Device Interface Language (LIDIL). The typical print speed which although varies by the individual models, can be up to 20 pages per minute (ppm) for black print and up to 13 ppm which also varies by model and complexity of the document. This particular printer has a monthly duty cycle of 1000 pages per month.
At maximum resolution, the black and color print is usually up to as fast as 278 seconds when printing on a 4 x 6 inches borderless photo paper. The fast normal mode is as fast as 47 seconds on a photo paper.

Faxing done on both white and black or color documents with the Walk-up technology and up to 100-speed dials. It can also save up to 100 pages in its internal memory at a standard resolution.
