When rating the machine’s printing rate, black documents can run at the speed of 30 pages per minute (ppm). On the other hand, color documents have a print rate of 15 ppm, while borderless printing rate is 54 seconds per page. The standard paper sizes include A4, letter, legal, photo paper size, A6, B5, A5, and C6 envelopes. Concerning the input paper loading feature, the standard capacity of the Epson XP-200 is up to 100 sheets of plain A4 paper. It also has an average paperweight of 75 gsm.

As a scanner, the compatible type is the A4 flatbed color image scanner which also has a contact image sensor (CIS) element. The document size by standard measure is not more than an A4 paper.
