The print engine for this unique device is the standard electrophotographic laser print technology. This feature has a compliment of ARM9 processor with a speed of 200 MHz. Together with this processor, is the internal memory of about 32 MB of RAM for outstanding quality. The warm-up time from the sleep mode is less than 7 seconds at a temperature of 230C. On the other hand, the warm-up time when the printer comes on is less than 26 seconds at the same temperature.

The standard input tray has a capacity for up to 250 sheets of plain paper of an average weight of 20 lbs. There is also a manual feed slot of one layer at a time that also supplements the input capacity. However, the output tray of this one can hold up to 100 sheets of printed papers in a face-down style. However, one sheet can return in a face-up the pattern, or the straight paper path.
