The operating systems that support the printer from the Windows and Macintosh include all the latest versions. For the Windows operating system version Windows XP, Vista, 7 require only 200 MB of free disk space. The latest Windows version 8 and 10 need higher upgrades of the processor and RAM. After scanning the document, it can be sent directly to the email address of the recipient, to internet fax, to LAN fax. The maximum scan size is 8.5 x 14 inches. The copy speed is similar to the print speed of 31 ppm, and it has an automatic duplexing ability. Moreover, the maximum number of copies that it can handle is up to 9999 copies.
