Sharp MX-M564N workgroup document system is manufactured with enhanced out-of-box multifunction capabilities that allow for unmetered workflow and high-quality output. Its functions include; copy, print, network print, network scan, document filing, and fax. As a monochrome multifunctional digital document system, it has a first copy time of 3.7 seconds and a copy speed of 56 pages per minutes for letter size sheets. The paper feeder has a standard paper capacity of 600 sheets and a maximum paper capacity of 6600 sheets.

The copier can be controlled through a 7 inches tablet-styled high-resolution color dot matrix touch panel display. The copier is designed with network scanning, PCL6 printing systems, auto duplexing, a 1 x 500 sheet paper drawer, a 100 sheet bypass paper and a multitasking controller. It makes a multiple copy 0f 999 copies and has a warm-up time of 12 seconds. The magnification power is 25% to 200% with duplex single pass feeder and 25% to 400% in 1% increments. With a shared 3GB of RAM and 320GB hard disk drive, the CPU multi-processor can boost up to 800MHz.

The network scanner can scan in color, monochrome, or grayscale mode with an optical resolution of 600 dpi. It scans to grouped and one-touch destinations and can perform up to a maximum of 94 jobs. The scanner output modes vary from 100 dpi to 600 dpi excluding 500 dpi. The Sharpdesk personal document management software comes with 1 user license and is also available for mobile download.

The network printer prints at a resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and supports both Mac and Windows operating systems. The printer uses IP/MAC filtering, user authentication, and other security protocols and complies with IEEE-2600 security standards. Some unique features include; image stamp and direct printing of common file types including encrypted PDF.
