The standard size of the printer’s internal memory is about 128 MB, which is expandable to 384 MB of RAM. It also supports a USB flash drive used for storage and processing of data for printing. This machine has a liquid crystal display (LCD) screen that shows four lines of the printer status and 16-character support. Then, the device is compatible with Windows 7 as part of the Microsoft Certifications with HD imaging. The importance of the latter includes its suitability for scanning documents at top quality.
It takes less than 10 seconds to print out the first copy of the machine at the copying mode. Furthermore, copying on the average takes up to 33 pages per minute (ppm) when using the A4 paper. The rate, however, is different when the paper size in use of the letter size. In terms of the print resolution, the rate is 1200 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi). Also, while copying, the enlargement limit of the machine is about 400% of the original size. But the reduction limit is up to 25% of the original size.
This machine also has an automatic duplexer, which is applicable to print on both sides of the paper page. Then, the device can reproduce up to 999 copies from a single original at once. It also supports photo, text, or a combination of the two types of file format.
