HP OfficeJet 3834 driver is one of their amazing creations that provide the features of a high-end AIO in an entry-level model. For starters, it is equipped with 35 sheets Automatic document feeder for scanning or copying documents with multiple pages without needing to insert the pages manually. Though, due to its low price, the automatic duplexing feature hasn’t been added to Officejet 3834. The touchscreen display at the front makes it easier to use its various functions without a computer or smartphone.
The OfficeJet 3834 has a monthly duty cycle of 1000 pages, which is sufficient enough for home or small business printing requirement. It can print with a speed of 8.5 ppm and 6 ppm for mono and colored prints. This printer makes it slightly faster than some of its other competitors in this price range. Though, it is still not the best performance we have seen from the HP printers. The recommended page volume for HP OfficeJet 3834 is from 100-250 pages.
With HP OfficeJet 3834, you are eligible to sign up for the instant ink service which reduces the printing price to a considerable amount. Instant ink subscription allows you to print over 300 pages a month at the cost of 3.5 cents per page. If you opt to skip instant ink subscription, then this printer will be costly on your pocket. Even on the XL sized cartridge, will cost up to 9 cents for black and white and 21 cents for color pages. So, it is expensive all in one printer even at this price range.
